The workshop is led by Rev. Bill Tenny-Brittian, Senior editor of Net Results and Senior consultant and partner with Easum, Bandy and Associates. Bill is an energetic, funny, and engaging speaker and coach whose personal mission “is to be a source for spiritual transformation.” He says, “…it’s not only what I do, it’s who I try to be.” Anyone working in the church, paid or volunteer, is welcome ~ leaders, elders, deacons, committee chairs and members, anyone interested in the growth of the Church. Their work focuses on creating and developing interactive educational materials and experiences for children. </p><p>Best known as &ldquo;Penny and Pals&rdquo;, they have written and recorded five albums and one DVD of award-winning music and video, perform over 120 shows per year and are popular presenters for both youth and adult workshops. And, in their spare time &hellip;they can often be found writing songs, scripts and curriculum for other groups. </p><p>Penny and Gail felt the quiet tug of God&rsquo;s call to serve First Presbyterian through the children&rsquo;s ministry. They are eager to use their education and experience in service to the children of our <span class="thumbnail-image-float-left"><br /></span>church. We are using a rotational model which helps the children learn about one Bible story in several different ways. The Lenten rotation, Jesus&rsquo; Trial and Crucifixion, will be February 17 &ndash; March 9. There will be a special Palm Sunday class on March 16. There will be no Quest for Kids on Easter Sunday, March 23 so families may attend the Easter Breakfast. The Parable of the Talents runs from March 30 &ndash; April 20. We finish off the spring with Pentecost from April 27 &ndash; May 18.</p><p style="text-align: justify" align="justify">&nbsp;</p>]]></content></entry></feed>
