If you would like the convenience of having your pledge/contributions automatically withdrawn and sent to the church each month, please fill out the ACH Form and return to Mary Wittenberg in the church office.

If you are interesting in holding your upcoming wedding at our church, please refer to the Wedding Packet.  A Wedding Coordinator will be assigned to each wedding.  They are valuable resources to help you with your wedding at First Presbyterian, and are available for questions.

If you would like to hold a meeting or event at First Presbyterian Church, please fill out the Facilities Use Request Form and return to the church office.  The form will be brought to the weekly staff meeting for reviewal.  Events and/or meetings will only be put on the church calendar after approval.

If you are going on a youth trip, you'll need to have your parents fill out and sign both of these forms!
